DUTIES
- Organize, prepare & coordinate introductory biology laboratories
- Direct work study students to assist in labs and other assigned duties
- Organize lab manual and exercises for general and intermediate biology labs
- Maintain & organize field equipment for Ecology and Biodiversity Labs
- Coordinate & maintain collections of organisms in greenhouse and aquaria
- Mantain and monitor departmental equipment and infrastructure
- Efficiently maintain all lab equipment in introductory and advanced biology labs
- Coordinate chemical and biological safety protocols and files for the department
- Coordinate care of animals maintained for teaching and research
- Coordinate work-study student assignments within the biology department
- Maintain the structure of the departmental website
- Serve in the capacity of Biological Safety Coordinator
