Kristen Cecala is a postdoctoral fellow and adjunct assistant professor at Davidson College where she also received her bachelor's degree. Kristen received her doctorate from the University of Georgia where she worked closely with the Coweeta Long Term Ecological Research Site investigating the impacts of Appalachian development on headwater streams. Kristen's research focuses on developing an integrated understanding of the mechanisms behind aquatic community shifts following disturbance.
